Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchase from INVILights.ie, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase from the store or from the date of the order was delivered, if you have proof of purchase and the item is in its original condition.

How Return Process Works:
- The customer has proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- The Customer needs to contact us via email to apply for a refund.
- The Customer needs to take a picture of an item and attach it to an email to verify.
- Please email us at inviiltd@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Order # Number."
- The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
- Once the return is approved, returns will need to be sent to the following address: INVI Ltd, Unit D1, Ballymount Drive, Dublin 12, D12 CY99, Ireland
- Please note: this process can take up to 10 working days.
- Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment used by the Customer.
We will provide a full refund (Including Shipping) under the following circumstances:
- Exchange of an item (within 14 days & Shipping Charges not included)
- Faulty or broken item
- Damage Product arrived
- Wrong product delivered
- Product never delivered
- Cancellation after order (Before the item has been dispatched)
We will not provide a refund for the following:
- Customer Mind Change
Please Note: Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund; for opened or damaged products, we do not offer refunds.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
INVI Ltd reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
